  • Break Sponsor: Cost ‐ $150 ($175 after March  22nd)

      • Company logo on “thank you” board (approximately 24”x36”) located adjacent to break location during sponsored break.  Every year to close the conference, we announce the winners of the map contest and hand out door prizes.  If you would like to donate an item (or items) for the door prize drawing, please bring them with you to the conference.  Please let us know if you have an item to donate and we will pick it up during the final afternoon session. This event would not be possible without our exhibitors and sponsors.  Thank you for your generous support.

        • Where is the RIT Inn and Conference Center, again?
          • 5257 W Henrietta Rd, Henrietta, NY 14467
        • When can I get in the building to set up?
          • The doors open at 7:00.  Conference sign in is at 8:00, so there is an hour available for set up.  There will be coffee and Danishes after eight. Are the spots pre-assigned?
          • Nope.  Whoever gets there first has their choice and so on.
        • What will I find at my spot?
          • The Inn supplies a 4’x8’ banquet table and two chairs.  You can keep them or have the staff take them away. As veterans know; the space is not huge, so plan accordingly.
        • Will an outlet be available?
          • Half the spots are along walls where there are outlets.  The other half are in the middle of the room. The Inn runs extension cords through the drop ceiling and down to these spots.  Bringing your own extension cord and power strip is a good idea.
        • What about internet access?
          • There is public Wi-Fi at the Inn.  We make an announcement asking attendees to limit their Wi-Fi usage, but that doesn’t always work.  Internet access has been spotty in the past.
        • What about cell phone service?
          • The Inn is in a geographic depression and does not have ideal cell phone coverage.  Calls and text are usually okay, but data usage may be intermittent.
